हर महीने एक अछी आदत अपनाएँ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!              हर महीने एक अछी आदत अपनाएँ , अगर आपको लगता है की आप एक समय पे कई अछी आदतें अपना सकते हैं तो आप सबसे    पहले अपने आप को धोखा दे रहे हैं . वज्ञानिक मानते हैं की किसी भी नयी आदत को जीवन में अपनाने के लिए के लिए कम से कम ३० दिन का समय चाहिए   । अब आपको   अगर जीवन में बदलाब लाना है तो   ३० दिन तक उस नई आदत को अपने जीवन में शामिल करलें । ऐसा करके आप अपने जीवन में बदलाव   ला सकते हैं   । कुछ आदतें जो हमें परेशान करती हैं उनमें से एक है छोटी छोटी बात पे गुस्सा करना । भगत कबीर जी कहते थे की हमारी निंदा करने वाले को हमें हमेशा अपने पास रखना चाहिए । लेकिन हम लोगों को तो अपनी निंदा सुनते   ही गुस्सा आ जाता है । अब आप क्या करें कि एक निंदक के साथ दोस्ती कर लें ,शर्त है की   बो आपका बहुत बड़ा निंदक हो , छोटी छोटी बात पे गलती निकलने वाला हो , टोकता हो ।अब आप अपने को परखिये ३० दिन तक I क्या आ...

Temper Control

Control      Your      Temper There once was a little boy who had a bad temper(easily get angry, short temper). His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the fence. The first day the boy had driven 39 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks as the boy learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily, gradually came down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper (be in calm) than to drive those nails into the fence. Finally the day came when the boy didn’t lose his temper at all.
